10/25/2019 I was about to throw in the towel on Saturday and just give up on this treadmill. I was so happy to see that you replied today and your tips worked! I got the belt on, I needed to use your screwdriver in groove and turn the belt trick for both the motor pulley and the front roller pulley. Overall, it wasn't too bad, I was able to get it all assembled properly and it works perfectly! I'm so glad I was persistent and kept on working with you on this, the other treadmill parts supplier was no where close when it came to customer service. I will always look for you first when it comes to parts!
