It arrived quickly via UPS and smells pretty bad (that is usually a good freshness sign right there) I was able to successfully swap belts and did not need any additional tightening after the initial install. It is deserving of 5 stars JUST for the fact I only had to take apart the machine to replace the belt. The belt was in stock and ready for purchase. In the future, I will definitely order again for any other part the elliptical needs.
