Free Shipping: Items listed with “Free Shipping” applies to the continental United States only. International customers and those in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shall be notified via email of shipping charges that will apply.

 

Parts Guarantee

All parts have a 30 (thirty) day guarantee from the date of delivery.

 

Shipping Policy

We attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible and most in-stock items ship within 48 hours on any business day. We do NOT ship ANY type of orders on weekends or holidays. Drop shipped products may take longer to ship. We are not responsible for delays of any type with regards to drop shipped orders. All orders exceeding a checkout value of more than $ 200.00 ship Signature Required.

Canadian and International orders may require additional lead times before an order ships. Regarding Canadian and International orders, our prices include the product and shipping. Brokerage Fees, Customs, Duties Import Fees, taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. These government taxes are passed onto the consumer and paid to the government authorities. 

 

Return policy

FYI, Once electrical parts have been installed, they are NOT returnable and are non-refundable.

All non-electrical parts returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All unused electrical parts returned NOT installed are subject to a 40% restocking fee. All electrical parts that have been installed and had any seals and or heat sink removed are NOT returnable. Any and all FREE items that may have been shipped with the original purchase must also be returned. Any Non-returned FREE items shall be charged at the current retail cost for such item, plus shipping charges. Any items shipped for FREE shall be subject to a return shipping charge. Method for return shipping charges shall be calculated by shipper used (USPS,UPS) and the type of shipping paid for by TreadmillPartsZone.com. Any returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any returns made without the invoice number on the packaging or shipped freight collect will be refused. Any warranty that we administer does not include shipping charges. All electronic parts have been security marked for returns and all electronic parts are shipped in sealed bags for inspection and return purposes.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please write your invoice number on the outside of the packaging and it will serve as your return number. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice as well as any instructions to the Returns dept. If your shipment arrives directly from a manufacturer do not return it to the manufacturer because many do not accept returns and you may not be issued credit. Please include a copy of your purchase receipt. You are REQUIRED to insure your shipment. Please use a shipper with tracking capabilities. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments. Package your return carefully to avoid damage. Credit card payments will be refunded via a credit that will appear on your statement upon a successful return. Return Policy Defective Parts

Return Policy Damaged Parts

Please contact us via email at info@treadmillpartszone.com for damaged parts returns. Do not discard the box or packaging. These items may be required by our shipper for insurance purposes. Do not proceed any further until you have contacted us and we have given you further instructions.

 

Sales Tax Information

TreadmillPartsZone.com is not obligated and does not collect sales tax outside the State of Florida;

A. The purchase you make may be subject to a state sales tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation;

B. The purchase you make is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means;

C. Some states requires that the taxpayer file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all purchases that were not taxed and pay tax on those purchases;

D. E-Commerce Retailers that do not collect sales tax may be obligated to provide purchasers with an end-of-year summary of purchases to assist them in filing their tax report;


E. Retailers that do not collect sales tax may be required by law to provide the state sales tax departments with a report of the total amount of all of a purchaser's purchases at the end of the each year.
